Frontlore provides an AI co-pilot for customer support teams that learns from resolved tickets and agent corrections to generate reusable support rules. Our service integrates with third-party helpdesk platforms to read and process support ticket data.

To use Frontlore, you must connect a supported helpdesk platform and provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Frontlore generates draft responses and rules based on patterns in your support data. These outputs are suggestions and should be reviewed by your team. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content and recommend human oversight for all customer-facing responses.

6. Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access. We will provide notice of planned downtime when possible.

7. Pricing and Billing

Free trials are provided at no cost. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frontlore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your processed data within 30 days. Sections regarding data ownership, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
